I have published these terms and conditions to make clear a few points I believe will help us provide you with a good honest service.
I do not need to use these terms and conditions with most of my customers. Unfortunately there are occasions I have to draw on them. Please read them and if there is anything you want to ask please phone me on 07815 106 363.
1. On acceptance of a quote or continued service you accept these terms and conditions. If you wish to decline
these terms and conditions you must cancel our services within 14 days of receipt of these terms and conditions.
2. Unless you have ordered a one off clean our service is for a minimum of 3 cleans. If you cancel the service before the first 3 cleans we reserve the right to charge you the full 3
cleans' price.
3. The price you pay is for what has been agreed either in writing as a quote or verbally. Any extras or reduction have to be re-quoted and started the following clean.
4. If you need to miss a clean then try to contact us before we call. If you do stop our services when we arrive for no good reason we reserve the right to charge 50% of your clean price.
5. 1 calendar month notice of cancellation of our services must be given.
6. Where we need access to the rear of your property we will make an arrangement for access with you. If we cannot gain access due to the arrangement not being followed by you we reserve the
right to charge for the work not gained access to.
7. Please keep children and pets away from our work area for their safety.
8. Any damaged property we are working on will be reported. If you wish us to carry on working on the damaged property we will not be responsible for any further damage.
9. We are fully insured for public and employers liability. Any damage we cause will be reported immediately and dealt with as soon as possible.
10. We
operate a no quibble guarantee. If you find any fault with our work we will return and rectify the fault as soon as possible.
However, you must notify us within 5 days.
11. We reserve the right to work in all weathers. If you stop us due to weather section 4 may apply. Also, if there are any problems then section 10 applies.
12. Payment must be made promptly either by:
Cash or Card Payment on completion.

13. Payment is to be made by the due date on the invoice
unless another agreement is in place. If payment is not received by the due
date I will call to remind. If I have to call you a second time a £5 charge WILL be added.
14. If the account is not paid after 2 cleans or is over £20,
whatever comes first, then service will be suspended until the account is paid in full and a FURTHER £5 charge will be
added .
